'I designed this collection during summer 2023 with the intention of adding it to my existing Dressx denim collection, APOCRYPHAL. However, not long afterwards, a renowned denim brand launched a collection featuring very similar textures and grungy finishes so I chose not to move forward with it, in order not to appear derivative. I'd like to emphasize that these ideas are entirely my own and were fully completed prior to the famous denim brand's show. I recently decided to add the collection to my site as I feel the concepts still hold value.'
